EMMA PROBLEMS FIXED AS OF 05/24/06

Problem:
Amazon Billing Export is not outputing the Manassas Zone correctly..
Response: Fixed
logic in OutputAmazonBillingRecords to handle inbound and outbound trips correctly.
Problem: Insurance
Policy Numbers are limited to 15 characters.
Response: The
database was updated in 5.0.0 but the code to save patient data wan't.
Fixed code. Note that several billing packages seem to still have a
15 character limit, so any export to them will truncate the policy number
field.
Problem: QABEFOREBILLINGEXTRACT
not being set because code was looking in [Options] Section.
Response: Changed
code to look in [Billing] Section.
Problem: Possible
errors in updating treatment - "Unknown Treatment Type".
Response: Fixed
code in SaveTreatmentChange to change dynaset to snapshot and not perform
extraneous update.
