EMMA PROBLEMS FIXED AS OF 08/04/06

Fixed in Release: 5.0.20c

Problem: Gets a "Run Time Error 5" and EMMA crashes when going to the AttendantSignature page of an Exported Trip.
Response: Fixed code in IncidentNumber_Validate in DwrapUpForm.

Problem: When entering an ALS Treatment of Medication, and entering a Vitals, EMMA tries to update the Vitals record incorrectly and gets a message that the object is read only.
Response: Fixed code in SaveALSVitalsChange and in Change Button on ALS Form.

Request: Can we have a way to Fax Patient Delivery Reports?
Response: Added button "Fax PDR" to the Narrative Screen.

Problem: A BLS Treatment of "Epinephrine Auto-Injector" gets an error trying to generate Treatment log in the Narrative Screen (but generation is successful).
Response: Fixed code in TreatmentLogFormat.

Request: Need to be able to check for duplicate Incident Numbers on the Local EMMA database.
Response: Added. User option CHECKFORDUPLICATEINCIDENTNUMBER=1 to the [Options] section of the EMMA.INI file. When an incident number is entered or changed, if a duplicate Incident Number is found on the Local EMMA database, a warning message will be displayed.

Problem: Trying to import 'raw' records and getting errors.
Response: Three errors fixed:
        -Syntax error (extra comma) in SQL update statement (ClearRawSituationData).
        -Checked for null value in FormatTreatmentLog.
        -Quote missing in statement that added message in Narrative, so narrative wasn't being generated.

Request: Provide option to suppress the "Electronically Signed" in the Signature field on the PCR
Response: Added. Use option "SUPPRESSELECTRONICSIGNATURES=1" in the [Narrative] Section of the EMMA.INI file.   The trip can still be Elecronically Signed, but that indicator will not be printed on the Patient Care Record.

Problem: Error when an apostrophe is used in the DropOffLocation-Other.
Response: Fixed code to use ReplaceTheQuote.

Problem: A user authorized cannot change their own UserLevel to one lower.
Response: Fixed code in EditUserForm (UserLevel).

Problem: Entered a receiving Facility with an apostrophy in the street name and got an error.
Response: Added code in SaveSituationChange and in the EditFacilityForm to replace an apostrophy with a single quote.

Problem: When selecting a trip with date selection, attendant selected, select chief complaint to display and then sort by Date/Time--gets error 3351 "ORDER BY' statement has error.
Response: Fixed code in LoadTripSelectionBox

Request: Need to be able to select only Transported trips for printing.
Response: Added selection check box on TripSelectionForm. Will only select trips with Destination Zipcode or Facility Code Number.

Problem: Can't connect to WAN SQL Database.
Response: Procedure ConnSQLSVDB was using the DIRECTSQLSERVERNAME, DIRECTSQLUSERNAME, etc instead of WANSQLSERVERNAME in EMMA.INI file. Fixed code.

Problem: Date selection under SQL Server doesn't work correctly.
Response: Date markers in SQL are affected by the dbSQLPassthrough option. This requires single quotes around date constants. For the OpenDatabase statement, just "#" are required.
