EMMA PROBLEMS FIXED AS OF 07/18/07

Request: In exporting to Sanitas
billing, gets error when no treatment are found for a patient (e.g. DOA).
Response: Fixed code.
Problem: In exporting to State Region from SQLServer,
gets locking error.
Response: Only being locked to update
the Batch Number in Orgdata. Set code to ignore.
Problem: In output to Sanitas
billing, ACCIDENT indicator and WorkRelated are not correct.
Response: Fixed code in OutBill.
Problem: Attached Forms are not being printed out
for Exported trips, specifically at Billing Services.
Response: Fixed code in PrintAttachedForms.
Problem: Adding new user but user is not able to
logon.
Response: Fixed code to insure that the service
that is being authorized is selected when assigning a User Level.
