ECATS-FTP PROBLEMS FIXED AS OF 07/18/07

Problem: When Autoprinting PCR, the Receiving Facility is not printed (also getting error in GetFacName).
Response: Fixed code in GetFacName.

Problem: Autoprinting of Attached Documents is not working.
Response: Added code to Autoprint Attached Docs when [options] DEFAULTFORATTACHEDFORMS=1

Problem: Would like the capability to send ALL trips to billing including trips without transport, or treatments or even a patient.
Response: Add to [ECATS] section of the emma.ini file the entry SENDALLTRIPSTOBILLING=1.

Problem: If there is no log.txt file in a folder to be transferred, an unclear error message is displayed and the folder is not moved to the PRIORTRANSFERS folder.
Response: Fixed code to check for this.

Problem: If the ServiceEncryptedPaaword is missing from the emma.ini file, extracting is not allowed when running from the Process Queue or when manually sending data from the Configuration window, but will be allowed when Sending Data from the "Popup Arrow".
Response: Added code to make the Popup Arrow perform correctly.
