ECATS-FTP PROBLEMS FIXED AS OF 12/11/07

Problem:
Getting error log for OtherResp table export.
Response: OtherResp
table was being exported for each patient on a trip, thus creating duplicate
records (that were being rejected). Changed code to export OtherResp
only once per trip.
Problem: Getting
an error trying to post to error log. The field "TableName" is 30 characters
in length. ECATS-FTP was processing an attached file with a name greater
than 30 (that goes into the TableName field).
Response: Truncated the field to the rightmost
30 characters (to preserve the important info).
