ECATS-FTP PROBLEMS FIXED AS OF 05/29/07

Problem: The PCR autoprinted by ECATS does not include some entries that are printed near the top of the PCR by EMMA.
Response: Fixed code in NarrativeReport printing in ECATS.

Problem: When an encrypted password for a service is not present, scheduled "Get Data" and "Send Data" correctly refuse to transfer and give a message. If "Send Data" or "Get Data" from the configuration window is used this also refuses to transfer, but if the "Get Data Now" is used from the Lightning Bolt, the data will be retrieved.
Response: Fixed code.
