ECATS-FTP PROBLEMS FIXED AS OF 06/26/07

Problem: When sending trips to a receiving facility, ECATS-FTP was not using the ReceivingFacilityCodeNumber so it would send to the first of several receving facilities in the configuration list..
Response: Fixed code to add ReceivingFacilityCodeNumber to the filter.

Problem: The PCR autoprinted by ECATS dose not include some things that are printed new at the top of the PCR by EMMA.
Response: Fixed code in NarrativeReport printing in ECATS.

Problem: When an encrypted Password for a service is not present, scheduled Get Data and Send Data correctly refuse to transfer and gives a message. If Send Data or Get Data from the configuration window is used this also refuses to tranfer, but if the Get Data now is used from the Lightning bolt, the data will be retrieved.
Response: Fixed code.
