EMMA PROBLEMS FIXED AS OF 11/15/07

Request: Can we have an option so that an Electronic Signature is required on a trip sheet?
Response: Done. Add REQUIREELECTRONICSIGNATURE=1 to the [Narrative] Section of the emma.ini file

Problem: Problem pasting templates
Response: Fixed Code in Pastetemplate to eliminate bad path

Problem: During convertion from 5.0, getting Data Type conversion error 3421 on Recort Count 1107 in the Medications table.
Response: Fixed Medications.dat file to insert comma where needed.

Request: Can you added "Per Pts Transfer Records" to the drop down for "Med HX Obtained From"
Response: Changed code in Load of PatientInfoForm. (assigned code of 2716 that will report to NEMSIS export as "Health Care Personnel" but will display in EMMA as requested.)

Problem: When looging off to WAN- getting error updating ServiceAgreements.
Response: Fixed code.

Problem: Getting array out of bounds Error when starting EMMA
Response: Added new State approved medications. Changed code throughout EMMA to make the MedicationArray dynamically adjust its size based on the number of ALS Authorized medications in the Medication table in axtables.mdb
