Problem: Exporting to Amazon
Billing gets "Item not found in this collection" error
Response: Fixed code.
Problem: When a FacilityID is missing for a transport,
the error message indicates that the error is on the Situation Screen rather
than the Disposition Screen.
Response: Fixed code in ValidatePatientInfo.
Problem: Trips Response Outcome of "Squad Call"
(and others) are displayed in QA Trip Selection List.
Response: Fixed code in CreateQASQL
