EMMA PROBLEMS FIXED AS OF 01/07/08

Request: The label for the USERDEF on the Situation Screen should be longer.
Response: Can now be up to 15 characters.

Request: If there is no insurance info entered when exiting the Insurance Form then display message stating that EMMA will consider it to be "SELF PAY". EMMA will put "SELF PAY" in the first insurance company name automatically.
Response: Done

Request: Need to change label of "Rel info permission obt?" to "HIPAA release signed?" on Insurance screen.
Response: Done.

Request: Secondary complaint (and duration) should be indicated as "Optional".
Response: Done.

Request: Chief Complaint and Secondary Complaint should both be just a text box, not a drop down list.
Response: Changed form to give text boxes to hold up to 50.

Problem: The window that the MVC details are entered is labeled "43".
Response: Changed label to "MVC Details".

Problem: When using the arrow keys on the Response Mode t Scene andTransport Mode from Scene selections, the order that the selections move is wrong.
Response: Fixed order of fields.

Problem: When using the SHOWINTITRIPINFO option, the Zipcode in not being copied into the LocTimeMileage Screen.
Response: Fixed code to copy text.

Request : In the Meds/Allergies/PMHx section can you write the code to default the cursor back to the drop box. i.e. when I enter a medication into the drop down box, use enter to complete the entry the cursor does not default back to the drop down box for my next med entry. The same happens in the Allergies and PMHx sections. Also in the PMHx section, after your first selection is entered the "auto fill" for the others in the drop down list will not pop up while typing as in previous releases.
Response: Fixed code.

Request: Would like the Treatment Log list on the various treatment screens to be larger.
Response: Fixed code so that when the Treatment Log has focus, it increases its height.

Problem: Getting an error when entering a QA Comment that has a single quote in it (Example: didn't have map).
Response: Added code to replace the quote with an apostophe.

Problem: The Alcohol/Drug Use list has a selection "Smell of Alcohol on Breath." This is incorrect since alcohol is odorless.
Response: Changed list (and generated Narrative entry) to "Smell of Alcoholic Beverage on Breath."

Problem: When you add a Current med and then place the dose, route, and freq, then you hit enter, then add another med and just hit enter, it moves it over with the dose, route, and freq of the previous med.
Response: Fixed.

Problem: In Past Medical History: Add first item that is not on list then hit enter, then go back and start to type another item that is not on the list and the prior one comes up first--it doesn't clear the prior text that was typed earlier.
Response: Fixed.

Problem: Selected Monitoring IV with medication of Heprin but D25 was displayed in Treatment Log.
Response: Fixed code in Treatment Log Format.
