EMMA PROBLEMS FIXED AS OF 05/13/08

Fixed in Release: 6.0.21a Request:  User does not want to ever use Routine transport screen.
Response:  Fixed code to implement SHOWSTARTROUTINETRANS in [Prefrences] section of the emma.ini file.  Should be set to 0 to stop use of Routine Transport Screen.

Problem:
The Routine Transport screen requires use of Situation and Disposition screen unnecessarily.
Response:  Fixed code.

Problem:
Entered a Chief Complaint and got a massive error message when trying to go to Generate Narrative.
Response:  The Chief Complaint was "I can't Breath".  EMMA changes the single quote to an apostrophe when focus is lost on  the Chief Complaint field.  However, the focus is not  immeadiately lost when using the "Functions" menue to go to another screen.  When that happens, EMMA trys to save the Situation Screen before that single quote is changed.  This causes the error because the commands  EMMA uses to save Text data uses quotes in the  command.  That pesky "can't" messes the syntax up.  Fixed code (also was true for "Secondary Complaint".)

Problem:  "Other Non-Healthcare Professional" is misspelled in CrewMemberLevel drop-down on the Edit User Screen.
Response:  Fixed.

Problem:  Error trying to add a new user when the WANSERVERTYPE=SQLSERVER.
Response:  Fixed code.

Problem:  Clicking on OK Button when inputting Current Meds puts  focus on the SocSecNum.
Response:  Changed code to put focus on Allergies Button.  Also changed code to handle focus when entering and leaving Allergies frame.

Problem:  Still have problem with CurMeds when we have amedication w/ dosage, doseUnit, route and Frequency and then enter one with just Route and frequency.  That one winds up with a dosage (no DoseUnit) as well as the Route and frequency.
Response:  Fixed code.

DISPATCHER - Fixed in Release:  5.0.12

Problem:  Dispatching multiple non-emergency trip looses info on prior trip.
Response:  Fixed code.
