EMMA PROBLEMS FIXED AS OF 02/05/10

Fixed in Release: 7.0.39

Urgent Problem: Data is being removed from LocTimeMileage screen when closing trip. We could not reporduce this at Allegheny R&D even though several customers have reported this problem.
Response: Reviewed all calls to procedure SaveTripData to insure that LocTimeMileage is being saved. Please inform Allegheny R&D if this problem continues to happen in release 7.0.39.

Problem: The NEMSIS field known as EMS Unit Call Sign (E02_12 ) with a length from 2 to 15 characters, is in the process of being changed by the State to EMS Decal Number with a length of exactly 7 characters(i.e. Service Number + UnitID). Even thought the old field passes the current state Validator, Web Cur rejects as an error if it used to transmit data to a region.
Response: For State of Pennsylvania, EMMA will now output the EMS Decal Number for field E02_12.

Problem: The following reports under Report-->Logs-->ECATS-FTP Logs-->Billing Transmission are blank when run by a billing service: 'By Dispatch Date/Time','By Incident Number', and 'By EMS Form Number'.
Response: Fixed report code for reports BT001dt, BT002IN, and BT003EF. These reports should now show identical information as reported by the same reports created by the EMS Service.

Problem: CPAP not being diplayed correctly in Treatment Log.
Response: Fixed code.

Request: Would like an option to have the Command Physician list sorted by Name rather than Radio ID.
Response: Amended code. Add to [Options] section of the emma.ini file: SORTCMDPHYBYNAME. If set to 1, list will be sorted by Command Physician Name. Otherwise, if blank or 0, then list wil be sorted by Radio ID.

Problem: A Receiving location of "State of Pennsylvania" is printing on the PCR instead of the City that appears on the Disposition form.
Response: Fixed Code to pick up City Name if FIPS Code is not found for City.

Problem: When clicking on "Add An Attached Form" button on the signature screen, the explorer window for the attached form for that trip is correctly opened, but also the window containing ALL the Attached forms folders is opened. We need an option to stop this from opening.
Response: Fixed code in procedure AddAttachedForm. Added option SUPPRESSFULLATTACHEDFORMS in [Options] section of EMMA.INI file. Setting to 1, will stop the folder from being displayed when "Add Attached Form(s)" button on Attendant signature screen is clicked.
