EMMA PROBLEMS FIXED AS OF 02/12/10

Fixed in Release: 7.0.40

Problem: For a cancelled trip, getting "Invalid Use of Null" error when trying to print PCR.
Response: ReceivingLocationCity was Null and code didn't account for this. Fixed code in Narrative report and set fields in ClearTMRecord (which is called when a new trip is started) to a valid value.

Problem: Still having problems with LocTimeMileage screen being cleared when "No Incident Number" message appears when trip is being closed.
Response: Added code to SaveTripData when LocTimeMileage screen has data in IncidentNumber or IncLocType and TripData table doesn't.

Problem: Invalid birthdates may be output in NEMSIS output E06_12 even though EMMA processes it correctly to calculate Patient's age. This is, date is (mm/dd/yyyy) format. If "13/05/1970" is entered, EMMA changes it to "05/13/1970" to do the calculation, but stores it as "13/05/1979" so it is output incorrectly.
Response: Fixed code to identify incorrect entry. Also, corrects Birthdate so Month value has a maximum of "12" if a previously bad enty is attempted to be output.

Problem: Release "Nag" messages aren't displaying in some cases.
Response: Adjusted code.
