EMMA PROBLEMS FIXED AS OF 04/13/10

Fixed in Release: 7.0.43 Problem:  Continuing problem when starting a new trip. Error messages and LoctimeMileage screen gets cleared.  This happens randomly, but users report that it seems to happen if more than one trip is entered at a time.
Response:  Added code to immeadiately close EMMA if EMSFormNumber is not assigned properly.

Problem:  After a trip has been QAed and 'Accepted', QA doesn't  get set to 'Complete' and keeps showing up on list.
Response:  Seems to be happening only when on a WAN.  Fixed code.

Problem:  NEMSIS output had several errors:
                                             1. Current Meds = ","
                                             2. Facility Code = "0000"
                                             3, Last Name length <2
                                             4. Facility Code = "2700" ( ALL GEN LIFE FLIGHT)
                                             5. Facility Code = "9106" (Kids Peace)
 Response:  Fixed output:
                                             1. Current Meds = ","--> No output
                                             2. Facility Code = "0000"--> set to "-10" (Not Known"
                                             3, Last Name length <2--> set to "-10" (Not Known"
                                             4. Facility Code = "2700"--> set to "Other EMS"
                                             5. Facility Code = "9106" --> Set to"-10" ( "Not Known")


Problem:  On the BLS Treatment and ALS Treatment, arrow keys don't  work consistently.
Response:  Fixed code.

Problem:  On LocTimeMileage scree -- Userdef1 is not in the tab sequence.
Response:  Fixed code for tab. Set after "Transpor tMode From Scene".
