EMMA PROBLEMS FIXED AS OF 06/17/10

Fixed in Release: 7.0.44

Problem: If Medication has only one character, error will occur in validation of NEMSIS output at <E12_10>.
Response: Fixed code to output -10 (Not Known).

Problem: If data/time procedure = 0 then NEMSIS output will not validate at <E19_01>.
Response: Fixed code by using time arrived scene.

Problem: Exporting to NEMSIS and getting message: "Unit Desc was Unit Desc of . . . Is >15 in . . .Trip".
Response: The Unit Desc field for a vehicle is greater than 15 characters. It chould be changed in the Unit Data Table.. (EMMA allows 25 characters. We don't want to just truncate the field for output.)

Problem: UserInfoTbl hs all its passwords set to same value and no one can logon. Got message "mising DAO2535.tlb."
Response: Replace UserInfoTbl from backup. Put copy of DAO2535.tlb into C:\System32.

Problem: Getting BadTripName message and EMMA loses data for this trip because TripSeqNum is set to -1.
Response: Possible problem causing this is an "Out of Memory" issue. Added trap when EMMA generates an error message with this happens. Then we force a shut down.

Problem: Need to have button on initial screen to send to NEMSIS Export to Billing.
Response: Added Button "NENSIS Export To Billing"

Problem: In the report "Trip Counts by Neighborhood by Hour" the Average time to scene in the 1100-1159 time period is always 0.0
Response: Fixed code in report.

Problem: Information about the Receiving Location is required for Billing.
Response: Added code to generate message when Narrative is being generated to report error to user. Also, added code to narrative to generate the Receiving location in text of Narrative.

Problem: "Error 3265 -- Item not found in this collection" when exporting to billing in RamWinT format.
Response: Fixed code.
