EMMA PROBLEMS FIXED AS OF 07/08/10

Fixed in Release: 7.0.45

Critical Problem: NEMSIS output has validation error on <E19>
Response: Do not export to NEMSIS until 7.0.45 release is installed. Code has beeb fixed.

Problem: Sometimes, when going to the Narrative Screen, the current trip becomes Closed or the LocTimeMileage Screen has all times blanked out.
Response: Possibly caused by the User inadvertently "Double Clicking" on the "To Narrative Screen" Button on the Disposition Form or the Billing Helper Form. Code has been added to cause EMMA to wait until the Narrative form is copletely loaded so the second accident click is ignored. (This will be the only change put into Version 7.0.45. Please email Allegheny R&D if problem still occurs)
