EMMA PROBLEMS FIXED AS OF 07/21/10

URGENT!!! Problem: Service is trying to export NEMSIS data and uses the large export button on initial form and Narrative is included in output. This makes the output file huge in many cases.
Response: Fixed code in "Output 13" to avoid exporting Narrative to region.

URGENT Problem: In NEMSIS export, incidents aren't being reset in section <E19>. If a large amount of records are being exported, the output appears to have blank lines, output also slows as more records are being exported and the export file is huge.
Response: Fixed code for section <E19> to reset incidents at end of section <E19>. A workaround is set to set SUPPRESSINCIDENTS=1 in the [NEMSIS] section of the emma.ini file.

Problem: When the WAN Server is a SQL Server, trips with large narratives are not being and EMMA may close before all trips are processed.
Response: Fixed code in WANSQLINT module to handle fields in narrative correctly.

Problem: Extend solution to Double Click on "ToNarrativeForm" button to additional forms.
Response: Additional forms include: "RoutineTrans", "Situation", "PatientInfo", InsInfo" and "LocTimeMileage".
