Michael L. Coleman founded Allegheny R & D in June 1993 and serves as president. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds an advanced degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University. He was employed by the Aluminum Company of America (Alcoa) from 1970 - 1993. As Manager, Information Systems R & D, he investigated and recommended applications for emerging technologies including client/server, object oriented programming, wireless LANs, and pen-based systems.

Ryan R. Regan joined Allegheny R & D, Inc. in January 2001 and now takes on the full responsibility of technical support. He has an ASB degree in Computer Programming from Bradford Business College.
