At Allegheny R & D, some questions or problems seem to be brought to our attention on a regular basis. Below is a list of some of the the problems that we see, and how to get around them.

When trying to add a new user, getting a message saying that user number already exists, but you can't see them anywhere in the User List.

When logging onto EMMA, getting a message that ECATS is locked, or when trying to start up ECATS getting a message that EMMA is currently in use.

Bought a new computer and want to move EMMA from the current machine, and put it on the new one.
